Prevention is key for children, teens and adults to maintain their health. Well-visits are important to ensure necessary preventative care, establish a strong relationship with your primary care provider, and to prevent illness, disease or complications. Preventative care includes routine visits, vaccinations, and individualized appropriate screenings.
We offer a team of primary care specialists who can help manage drug and alcohol addiction with a combination of medications and individualized treatment plans. Our addiction treatment is done in collaboration with behavioral health and psychiatry services.
Types of support include:
- Opioid Use Disorder Treatment with multiple medications including Vivitrol, Suboxone, Subutex, Brixadi, Sublocade, etc.
- Alcohol Use Treatment with acamprosate, vivitrol, naltrexone, Antabuse, etc.
- Addiction Treatment for other substances such as benzodiazepines, kratom, nicotine, stimulants like cocaine and methamphetamine, and prescription drug misuse
- Outpatient Services that work closely with court systems, in-patient treatment centers, recovery programs, and housing
- Overdose Prevention
- Hepatitis C Treatment alongside other complications related to drug and alcohol use

Our team can help patients manage these diseases and enjoy life. Examples of types of disease management include Hypertension (high blood pressure), Diabetes, Obesity, Hepatitis C, and many others.
Our team can provide female patients with PAP smears, pelvic exams, and cervical cancer screenings.
